Return and Cancellation Policy

We are happy to offer a 2-days return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tags attached. We also offer a Refund within 15 Days of requesting for the return. (With online refund for Online Payments)

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package :

  1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted for return.
  2. Place return request from the account orders list once order is placed
  3. Email us at support@glamshore.com with images of the products with  packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up and subject "RETURN Order: <order no>"

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.

Once the item is picked up, and received at our warehouse we will credit the amount of that item within 15 business days, depending on the option selected by you while placing your order.

You can exchange an item purchased on www.glamshore.com with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To cancel an order, please send us an email at support@glamshore.com with your order number and subject mentioning "CANCEL ORDER: <order number>" within 24 hours from the time order is placed.
